Qualifications

• Experience in installation and maintenance of fire and electrical systems.
• Ability to respond to emergency callouts and conduct site surveys.
• Must comply with high professional standards in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts.
• Respond to emergency callouts and carry out remedial works.
• Conduct site surveys as required.

Skills

Good understanding of the British Standards BS 5839 and BS 5266

Attention to detail

Able to communicate on all levels

Ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules

Education

FIA units (1,3,5)

At least 1 year of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts.
• To respond to emergency callouts and carry out any remedial works as required.
• Carry out asset verification.
• Install replacement/additional equipment.
• Take part in the on-call rota.
• Conduct site surveys as required.
• Training of apprentices.
• To act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the clients.
• Servicing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems.
