Job description
No housing jobs. No repetitive callouts. Just proper fire alarm engineering.

If you're tired of the same old emergency-light-only routes or boxed-in social housing contracts, this one’s for you. This is a commercial-only role with varied sites, solid kit, and real support, including a monthly bonus shared across the whole team.

What’s on offer
  • £40K+ basic (negotiable based on experience)
  • Monthly profit-share bonus not based on commission or KPI’s
  • All hand tools supplied (no buying your own)
  • Training with Protec, Advanced, FIA, and Zeus
  • 28 days holiday + increasing with service (+ Xmas shutdown)
  • Oncall 1 in 10 - with double time paid whilst out with full D2D
What you’ll be doing
  • Servicing, fault finding, and remedial work on fire alarms
  • Emergency lighting checks (not the sole focus)
  • Small installations
  • Working mostly in Essex and London
What you’ll need
  • Solid experience with fire alarm systems, especially Advanced panels
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • Confident working independently in commercial settings
