Position: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Belfast
Salary: £31,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly productivity bonus

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of alarm and security systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

Key Duties:

  • Install, service, and commission alarm systems (fire and security preferred).
  • Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding on systems.
  • Undertake routine maintenance, testing, and inspections in line with regulations.
  • Complete detailed service reports and relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with clients and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and company procedures.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience as an Alarm Engineer.
  • Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems, including addressable systems (e.g. Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Morley).
  • Sound understanding of BS5839 and other applicable standards.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
