Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced AI Product Lead / Senior Product Manager to guide the development and delivery of customer-facing AI products across voice and digital channels. You will shape the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external AI partners to drive commercial value.

The role covers discovery to delivery, using customer research, rapid prototyping and data feedback to validate opportunities and optimise the user experience.

Qualifications

• Substantial Product Management experience, ideally owning digital products or customer journeys in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Strong experience delivering digital technology products.
• Good understanding of AI and emerging technology, ideally including conversational or customer-facing AI.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for AI products.
• Deliver AI solutions across conversational, voice and digital channels with external partners.
• Lead a cross-functional product team focused on customer and commercial outcomes.
• Identify AI opportunities within journeys and translate to testable hypotheses.
• Prototype, experiment and validate using customer research and data.
