Job summary

Credit Technologies is seeking a hands-on Lead Product Manager, AI to own AI product capabilities and conversational customer experiences across Credit Angel and MoneyGuru. You will bridge customer needs, financial domain expertise, and generative AI to create personalized, conversational journeys across our market-leading products.

• Experience in consumer credit, fintech, or lending products.
• Familiarity with Open Banking and credit data APIs.
• Experience with generative and conversational AI journeys.
• Track record of data-driven discovery and measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with ML/engineering teams to set priorities.
• Experience operating in regulated, data-sensitive environments.
• Experience leading a product workstream and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end user experience.
• Define requirements for AI components and validate with customers.
• Partner with CTO, engineering and data teams for delivery of AI initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and data-sensitivity compliance in AI journeys.
