Job summary
Talent is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to own the AI roadmap for a FinTech scale-up focused on AI-enabled credit intelligence, marketplace, and broker solutions. You will partner with the CTO and Engineering to transform how users interact with financial data, delivering value-driven AI features.
The role demands hands-on credit/FinTech experience and a proven ability to embed AI into live consumer products, with ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and agile delivery in a hybrid setup
Qualifications
- Experience in credit reporting, credit bureaus, or consumer lending.
- Proven track record of embedding AI/ML into live, user-facing products.
- Ability to own product strategy and drive roadmaps across teams.
- Strong emphasis on user experience and conversion funnel optimization.
- Experience leading product transformation in a fintech/consumer finance context.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to release.
- Collaborate with CTO and Engineering to redesign user interactions around financial data.
- Maintain lean backlogs and agile cadences in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner with senior engineers to foster a modern product-engineering culture.
