Job summary

Control Risks in London seeks a Head of Digital Products to lead the Product Group within Technology and AI Solutions, owning the digital product strategy and portfolio.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, and partner with stakeholders to deliver client value and commercial outcomes, with AI at the core of delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a product function or product group in a professional environment.
• Track record of taking products from incubation through to scale with commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading teams of product managers, business analysts and operations professionals.
• Strong digital strategy experience and ability to translate strategy into a product roadmap.
• Practical understanding of AI in product delivery with senior stakeholder influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with execution bias.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall product strategy and translate it into a clear digital roadmap.
• Lead and develop the Product Group across product managers, analysts and operations.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from incubation to launch and ongoing management.
• Establish intake and prioritisation processes balancing innovation with commercial realities.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure products address real business problems and client value.
• Champion AI use across product discovery, delivery and operations.
• Own product performance reporting and portfolio governance at the senior level.
• Represent the Product Group in business development where product or digital capability is relevant.
