• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong IT, reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive project to completion.

We are currently working with an established London main contractor on a £100m+ luxury 5-star hotel development in West London, and they are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the project immediately.

This is a high-profile, fast-paced project requiring an experienced Finishing Manager who can take ownership of the finishing stages, drive quality and snagging, and help deliver the project through to successful handover.

The Role

• Manage all finishing works across the project through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and finishing packages.
• Drive snagging, quality control and close-out activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure finishing works remain on programme.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Team, consultants, client and subcontractors.
