Job summary

Fawkes and Reece seeks a Freelance Finishing Manager to lead the final trades on a construction project in the UK. This hands-on role concentrates on delivering high-quality finishes and a smooth handover to the client.

Responsibilities include overseeing painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry and snagging; coordinating subcontractors; and ensuring quality and safety on site. Immediate start with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on construction projects.
• CSCS card (essential).
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to support the final stages of a construction project. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring a smooth handover to the client.
