Unknown in London is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a £100m+ luxury 5-star hotel project in West London. Immediate start with a 16–20 week contract and daily rate of £270–£320 CIS DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Finishing Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong experience on hotel, luxury residential, commercial or high-end fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover processes.
• Strong subcontractor and specialist trade management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong IT, reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive project to completion.
• Immediate availability or availability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finishing works through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing packages.
• Drive snagging, quality control and close-out activities.
• Monitor progress to keep finishing works on programme.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Site Team, consultants, client and subcontractors.
• Ensure works delivered to high-quality luxury standard.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain programme.
• Manage final stages through to handover.
