Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Manager or Construction Manager for a prestigious hotel fit-out project in the West End. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive progress across multiple floors to meet the programme and quality standards.

With 12 weeks left to handover, the role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proven track record with main contractors

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on hotel, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects.
• Experience for a main contractor.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to push works through to completion and meet deadlines.
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)

Hotel Fit-Out Project Excellent Day Rate Immediate Start

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager to join a main contractor delivering a high-quality hotel fit-out project based in the West End.

With 12 weeks remaining until handover, this role requires a hands‑on individual who can take ownership of site activities, drive subcontractors, and ensure multiple floors are completed to programme and the highest standard.
