Job summary

Teleperformance in Belfast City Centre is hiring Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join our supportive, fast-paced customer service team. The role offers a permanent contract with a £27,976 annual salary and a balance between office presence and life outside work.

You will handle proactive and reactive customer service to help clients meet their financial goals, with training provided. Shifts are full-time, 40 hours per week, with start dates from November 2026 and a 7:00–23:00 window.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers.
• Experience with banking products is helpful.

Responsibilities

• At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service to support customers' financial goals.
• Educate customers on banking options and help them choose suitable services.
• Accurately complete processes and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Resolve complaints quickly and restore trust in the relationship.
