Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a financial services client in Glasgow. You will manage client queries, build trusted relationships and deliver a professional service across all interactions.

Based in Glasgow, this office-based role offers a 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday schedule with a base salary of £24,500 plus commission, plus private medical cover and a pension scheme after probation. Training and wellbeing support are provided to help you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing administrative role.
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly.
• Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting overall team performance.
• Seamlessly working across multiple portals, navigating systems efficiently to manage queries with speed and accuracy.
