Job summary

Search Consultancy are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a major Financial Services client based at South Gyle, Edinburgh. These are long-term temporary roles, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, fully office-based with free parking.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and advisors via phone and digital channels, with occasional outbound calls, delivering excellent service and guiding customers through self-service options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional contact centre environment, preferably in Financial Services.
• Experience with ISA's, SIPP's & bonds is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and customers via telephone and digital channels.
• Support outbound customer contact when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Help customers use digital options and explain self-service features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the team.
• Accurately log information on internal systems.
