Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding life and pension policies.
• Complete administration from calls within service standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document accordingly.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
