Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow. This role offers a hybrid after probation and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. You’ll handle customer enquiries by phone and email, provide friendly, professional support, and take ownership to resolve issues while delivering excellent service.

Training is provided and the successful candidate will join a growing customer service team focused on great customer experiences and work-life balance.

Looking for a customer-focused role with no evenings or weekends?
We're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy helping others to join our client’s growing Customer Service team. Whether your experience comes from retail, hospitality, travel, sales, contact centres or any other customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Before you apply can you commit to the following:
Start date: 24th August
Four weeks of office-based training required (no holidays or time away can be requested during this time)
No annual leave can be taken during October due to operational requirements

• Speaking with customers over the phone and handling a range of enquiries

• Taking ownership of queries and seeing them through to resolution
