Job summary

Red Recruitment is hiring a part-time Customer Service Advisor for our client in the financial services industry in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls and ensuring FCA compliance. The role requires a training period of two weeks full-time, with flexible shifts from 7am–11pm, Mon–Fri.

Salary is £13.35 per hour, with potential to go remote after 3 months. This is a part-time position with the possibility of career progression and a generous holiday allowance.

Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer services in the financial services industry.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines.

This is a part time role with flexible shift patterns allowed but you will need to be full time for the first 2 weeks due to training.
