Overview

As our financial advisory business grows, we are looking for an experienced financial planning administrator to support our advisers in our Dyrham office, located in Dyrham (between Bristol, Chippenham and Bath).

Responsibilities

Integrity365 is expanding our team of office-based administrators to support one of our Independent Financial Advisers. This role involves directly supporting an IFA with all areas of business processing, financial administration and client liaison. The role will require use of platforms, Intelligent Office and other associated software to best serve the needs of the adviser and clients. The position would suit a candidate with experience in a similar environment; full training will be provided.

Key duties include:

  • Provide administrative support to an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
  • Manage business processing, financial administration and client liaison tasks.
  • Utilise platforms such as Intelligent Office and related software to support adviser and client needs.
