Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager or Assistant Manager to help scale Controllership Transformation and Financial Close Automation across CFO Solutions. You will work with senior finance leaders on governance, automation, and process redesign to deliver faster, more reliable close processes.

You will develop expertise in close automation technology, manage workstreams, and lead engagements from diagnostic through to implementation, while building strong client

Qualifications

Experience in finance transformation and process redesign.
Ability to manage complex engagement budgets and timelines.
Comfort engaging with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead controllership transformation engagements for finance functions.
Manage engagement budgets and project timelines.
Design and implement improved close calendars and reconciliation frameworks.
Support close technology implementations (FloQast, OneStream, Prophix).
Build strong client relationships and develop a people leadership capability.
