Qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience
- Genuine interest in finance transformation and the role technology can play in improving controllership and close processes
- Confidence engaging with senior finance stakeholders and managing expectations effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within controllership and financial close transformation engagements, from diagnostic through to implementation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client finance teams and other stakeholders
- Manage engagement budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with colleagues across Grant Thornton to bring the most appropriate capabilities to clients
- Contribute to practice development and toolkit improvements across the Finance Consulting team
