You will build networks, drive opportunities, and lead workstreams while ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management. Flexible development and cross-functional collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience.
• Interest in finance transformation and technology improving controllership and close processes.
• Confidence engaging with senior finance stakeholders and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within controllership and financial close transformation engagements from diagnostic to implementation.
• Manage engagement budgets and timelines with oversight from senior colleagues.
• Develop process documentation, policy frameworks, and training materials for clients.
