Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is hiring a Customer Support Agent in Bournemouth. You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, track queries in our ticketing system, and keep clients updated until resolution.

You’ll diagnose issues, collaborate with colleagues and consultants, and contribute to guides and knowledge bases to help end users. The role offers structured training, a friendly team, clear processes, ongoing development, and opportunities to shape service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team-focused attitude.
• Organised, methodical and conscientious approach.
• Confident use of MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound telephone and email queries, prioritising each one carefully.
• Recording and tracking all queries accurately in the ticketing system.
• Keeping customers updated on progress until every query is resolved.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical issues.
• Working closely with colleagues and implementation consultants to find the right solution.
• Contributing to help guides and the knowledge base for end users.
