Finance Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Finance Manager position based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who is ready to step up and take real ownership of a finance function. The role is full-time, and you'll be working on-site, 5 days per week, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and embedded within the team.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and developing the finance team, ensuring they achieve their objectives and grow with the business.
• Leading the production of monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Improving cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting across the group.
• Identifying ways to streamline purchase and sales Ledger processes.
• Taking ownership of financial modelling for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Acting as the key contact for auditors and banks.
• Ensuring compliance through accurate balance sheet reconciliations and tax returns.
• Driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls.

What we're looking for

• A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Strong technical accounting skills and experience in financial modelling.
• A proven background in finance, including management experience.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and can deliver to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
• High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to other UK sites if needed.
