Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function. You will oversee ledgers, draw up management accounts and present detailed reports to shareholders and the board. Hybrid working after probation and a competitive salary reflect the role's seniority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchase/sales ledgers, cash books, loan schedules and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Maintain accruals, prepayments & amortisation schedules.
• Prepare management accounts, including budget variance analysis.
• Lead VAT & CIS return submissions.
• Supervise invoice processing & cash book maintenance.
• Manage statutory accounts, audits & financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors & key stakeholders.
• Present finance reports to shareholders & board members.

What We're Looking For:
