Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support strategic decision-making.

You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, deliver monthly management accounts, drive budgeting and cash flow planning, and mentor the finance team in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
• Experience leading a finance function or team.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience developing finance teams and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the finance department.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
