Finance Manager.

As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team ("SLT"), ensure the financial health of the charity and company by administering accounting operations that meet legal requirements.

Principle responsibilities:

• to assist the CEO and Treasurer in ensuring that charity remains compliant with all statutory financial regulations
• to take the lead in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance and accounting function with responsibility for the management of financial transactions and procedures
• to work with the Operations Manager to review, embed, drive forward and monitor the ongoing increased efficiency of financial systems, processes and reporting.
