Qualifications

  • Proven finance team management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to statutory accounts and IFRS.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transactional teams, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee VAT, Duty, and IFRS16 reconciliations and compliance.
  • Manage accruals, prepayments, and Fixed Asset schedules.
  • Support timely month-end and year-end close, including audit preparation.
  • Deliver P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost centre reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, tax packs, and liaise with auditors.
  • Drive process improvements and support wider finance projects.
