Job summary

A financial services provider is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage operations and oversee financial processes. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and leading a small finance team in a clean, supportive office environment. Candidates should have proven experience in finance management, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage. The role offers a standard workweek, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a medium-sized company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

GBRS are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work with our client in Highbridge . If you are looking for a new position in a clean, supportive office, this is the role for you!

Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Managing day to day operations of the finance functions
  • Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Managing cash flow and banking relationships
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Assist Developing and managing budgets
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insightful financial analysis to management
  • Lead a small finance team
  • Prepare financial reports and insights to management

This role is based off a 37.5 hour week, working Monday to Friday, normal office hours.

Skills & experience that are require for this role :
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a medium-sized company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
