Responsibilities

• Assist with process reviews and mapping; organise workshops.
• Run a cross-departmental weekly Change Huddle for new ideas.
• Support Business Change Enhancements raised by Collections & Recovery.
• Collaborate with teams on QA-driven improvements.
• Help create training material for Collections & Recovery.
• Assist with project tasks including minute-taking for steering committees.
• Maintain internal Collections & Recovery Process Management pages.
