Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. The Finance Collections & Recovery Process Intern role reports to the Process Specialist within the Collections & Recovery Department, part of the Operations function at BMW Group Financial Services. The Collections & Recovery function comprises four specialist teams: Business Customer Collections, Private Customer Collections, Recovery, and Litigation. The department plays a key role in supporting customers while protecting business performance, optimising customer contact strategies to manage outstanding arrears, and balancing customer needs with positive customer outcomes and BMW Group Financial Services' brand values.
Demonstrating a passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement, we’re looking for highly organised, self‑motivated individualwho can demonstrate an ability to apply themselves and excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working with all areas of Collections & Recoveries as well as interacting with multiple stakeholders across the BMW Group Financial Services Operations functions.
