Job summary

BMW Group Financial Services UK is offering a placement year in Farnborough within the Finance Collections & Recovery team. You will support process reviews, organize workshops, and help drive cross-department initiatives while engaging with multiple stakeholders.

You will gain experience across Collections & Recovery and interact with various BMW Group functions, contributing to process improvements and training material development.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a business-related degree (preferred).
• Genuine passion for automotive/finance industries.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative and manage own projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organisation of process review workshops and follow-up actions, including process mapping.
• Run cross-department weekly Change Huddle to generate ideas for change.
• Support management and implementation of Business Change Enhancements raised by Collections & Recovery.
• Collaborate with teams on actions from Quality Assurance results.
• Help create training material and support projects, including minute taking for committees.
• Maintain internal internet pages for Collections & Recovery.
