Zusammenfassung

BMW UK is offering an undergraduate internship in Finance. You will support accounting and reporting, assist month-end close, and help drive process improvements across SAP interfaces. The role includes preparing reconciliations, management packs, and auditor support, with a focus on intern collaboration and cross-team networking.

The placement requires you to return to studies for at least 6 months, with eligible right-to-work in the UK. Start date is 14 June, closing date 18 October 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Studying for a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Mathematics.
• Ideally pursuing ACA, ACCA or CIMA after graduation.
• Strong A-level results and aiming for a 2:1 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial process support to the Accounting & Reporting Manager.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes and entry recording.
• Validate interfaces into SAP Finance from source systems daily.
• Support finance projects focusing on process improvement and simplification.
• Prepare monthly control account reconciliations and management reports.
• Assist auditors with information for financial statements.
• Help prepare Management Reporting packs with charts and commentary.
• Serve as a contact for SAP users and assist with system requests.
• Support setup of new users and maintain existing access.
• Act as a point of contact for interns on Finance topics.
