Job summary

BMW Financial Services Farnborough offers a placement year in Customer Journey & Process Management. You will engage with stakeholders, map processes, and support governance, analytics and continuous improvement across automation and AI initiatives.

You will be studying data science/analytics or related disciplines and develop skills in Excel, Power BI, Python and SQL while contributing to real business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in data science, analytics, CS, AI, maths or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Interested in process improvement, automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and governance of customer journeys and processes.
• Support stakeholder meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to RPA backlog and automation assessments.
• Analyse data to identify trends and propose recommendations.
• Support workshops and initiatives promoting continuous improvement.
