Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Management Accounting is a must.

A rapidly growing construction business in Leicester is looking for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join its newly formed central finance team. You'll support four business units, working closely with the Head of FP&A to drive performance through insight, automation, and improved reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & forecasting
• Financial analysis & month-end commentary
• Business partnering with operational & non-finance teams
• Improving processes and reporting (moving into Power BI)

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting
• Confident communicator, commercially minded
• Ambitious, proactive, and not afraid to roll sleeves up
• Strong Excel – Power BI experience or willingness to learn
