Overview

Care you can put your faith in. At CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland, we've been caring for people of all ages across Scotland for more than 150 years. Now we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our leadership team and help us shape the future.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. You’ll act as a real partner to our service leaders, giving them the financial insight and support they need to keep vital services running and growing. You’ll sit at the heart of planning, working alongside Directors and Heads of Service, preparing reports for senior teams and the Board, and helping us spot opportunities and challenges ahead.

Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant with senior level experience.
  • Confident with IT, especially Microsoft Office and M365.
  • Enjoys building relationships and influencing change.
  • UK driving licence essential.
  • Experience in a commercial or multidisciplinary environment a bonus.
Benefits & Working Conditions

This is a part‑time role, 32 hours per week. The CrossReach Head Office is in Edinburgh, but there may be options to work from another regional office. We offer agile working, with at least 60% of your time based at a CrossReach location. This can be discussed at interview.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a Christian faith, be able to uphold our Christian ethos, be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups scheme and be registered with SSSC as required.
