About the Role

We’re seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager to build and oversee the financial engine of our digital Islamic bank. You’ll ensure liquidity, compliance, and trust — managing relationships with partner banks and payment providers while aligning all treasury operations with Sharia-compliant principles.

What You’ll Do

• Set up money movement, reconciliation, and liquidity dashboards.
• Manage cash positions, FX exposure, and risk controls.
• Oversee relationships with acquiring banks and card/payment partners.
• Work with the CTO to implement automated reconciliation and reporting tools.
• Support regulatory and Shariah audits on treasury operations.
