Job summary

Evri’s Final Mile team in Banbury is hiring a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist. This full-time role involves onboarding couriers, allocating work, and keeping daily operations running smoothly to ensure reliable service.

You will monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and compliance, address issues promptly, and use the Service Tracker for timely escalations while supporting couriers with manifests, routing and queries.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence.
• Understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and ability to spot and elevate risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate work.
• Monitor parcel scanning and courier readiness; ensure compliance.
• Address late couriers, scanning delays or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely escalations.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
