Evri Bromborough is looking for a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to onboard couriers and ensure delivery readiness across the Final Mile. You will coordinate daily activity, support drivers, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
