Job summary

Evri is looking for a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to join the Final Mile team in Blackpool. This fixed-term role covers onboarding, training, and day-to-day operational support to ensure parcels are prepared for collection and delivered on time.

You will guide couriers, oversee onboarding, and help maintain efficient, compliant service while working in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start through to August 2027 with full-time hours and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Confident using smartphone apps
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operations
• Ability to spot and escalate risk quickly

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
