Job summary

Evri in Blackpool is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to lead on-site onboarding for couriers and ensure smooth daily operations across Final Mile. You will coordinate onboarding, allocations, and ongoing support to maintain efficient, compliant parcel movement.

The role requires a practical, customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced challenges and provide clear guidance to couriers and teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a current UK driving licence.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
