Job summary

Everest is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to join our established field team in the UK. You will inspect, diagnose faults at customers' homes and carry out repairs under our 10-year warranty, delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with uPVC installation and maintenance, strong IT skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

Experience with uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to multi task, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner
Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role
Willingness to travel and flexibility within the working week
Full driving licence

Responsibilities

Visiting customers' homes to investigate the fault and take appropriate action
Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers
Be customer focused and provide a high level of service
Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and updating the PDA device
