Job summary

Everest is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to join our established field team in the UK. You will inspect, diagnose faults at customers' homes and carry out repairs under our 10-year warranty, delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with uPVC installation and maintenance, strong IT skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi task, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role
• Willingness to travel and flexibility within the working week
• Full driving licence

OurWindowandDoorEngineersare essential to our business, efficiently & effectively assisting our customerswith any product and installation related maintenance for installed products covered by our 10-year warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting customers homes to investigate and identify the fault, and take the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
• Demonstrating & explaining correct product care to customers

• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer

• Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments

• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

You will need:

• Customer Focus, with excellent peopleand communication skills
• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi task, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner

• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalonefield-basedrole
• A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week

• Full driving licence
