Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Earlswood and Crawley Sewage Treatment Works, with travel to around 9 other sites. You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating internal field teams and external contractors to maximise plant availability and meet KPIs.

You will work alongside Performance Managers and a team of technicians, using SAP for job orders and documentation, while ensuring Health & Safety and budget discipline are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience with plant assets and operation processes.
• Ability to work with planners, field teams and suppliers.
• IOSH or equivalent health and safety awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design operationally critical jobs using field data.
• Highlight risks and obtain funding for improvements.
• Maintain plant/equipment and optimise process performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers on tasks.
• Obtain quotes and manage 3rd party services; ensure RAMS and safety compliance.
