Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a motivated Technical Coordinator to join our Operations team, based from Earlswood or Crawley Sewage Treatment Works, with flexibility to travel around 9 other sites. The role is field-oriented, working closely with a diverse team of technicians and Performance Managers to deliver maintenance and improvements across sites.

You will coordinate internal field teams and external contractors, ensuring plant availability, meeting KPIs and delivering safe, cost-conscious

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of plant, equipment and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design operationally critical jobs using field data and technical expertise.
• Coordinate internal field teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance.
• Obtain quotes, order materials and services through framework contractors.
• Ensure health and safety through RAMS, permits and site audits.
• Maintain and optimise plant availability to meet KPIs.
