Field Service Engineer – Turf Machinery

Salary : £28,000–£32,000 + Company Van

Location : Sussex, Surrey or Kent

Hours : 40 per week

Are you a skilled service engineer with experience in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems? Join my clients team and play a key role in keeping industry-leading turf machinery running at its best.

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on turf machinery and a wide range of manufacturers’ equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults efficiently and accurately.
  • Represent the company with professionalism on customer sites, maintaining the highest standard of brand reputation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to support requests in line with our Service Level Agreement.
  • Keep accurate records of all service and repair work, customer visits and working hours.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems (turf machinery experience a bonus).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
