Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise electronic security systems across customer environments. You will balance reactive service, planned maintenance, and small works projects while delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated platforms. On-site work with some remote support is required, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic security.
• Proficient with enterprise access control and CCTV systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on-site in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive service calls and planned maintenance visits.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across access control, CCTV, intruder alarms and intercoms.
• Install, configure, test, and commission enterprise security systems.
• Deliver small works projects including upgrades, relocations and replacements.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate service reports and commissioning documentation.
• Liaise with project managers and customers to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in an on-call rota and out-of-hours support when required.
