Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Systems Engineer to deliver engineering services for CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems across client sites. You will own maintenance tasks, respond to technical calls, and coordinate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires proactive, independent work within a team, and willingness to travel with on-call rotations for 24/7 support. Government-level SC clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with integrated enterprise-level systems including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and video intercoms.
• Hands-on experience with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone and similar security platforms.
• Familiarity with high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis) and intruder installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services across system maintenance and service delivery for CCTV, access control and intrusion systems.
• Own engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and technical call-outs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers, maintain clear communications and accurate documentation.
