Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver high-end security engineering services across CCTV, access control and intruder alarms. You will own maintenance, respond to faults and coordinate with customers to ensure service excellence.

You will travel to client sites, collaborate with project teams, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota while adhering to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated enterprise-level security systems and multiple technologies.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client sites.
• Potential to obtain government-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Own engineering service activities, planned maintenance and call-outs.
• Coordinate smoothly between internal teams and customers; maintain records.
• Respond to technical faults and support existing customers to optimize systems.
• Participate in on-call rota for 24/7 engineering support.
