You will coach engineers, manage customer relationships, monitor KPIs and collaborate with service delivery teams to optimise deployment and profitability while upholding HSE standards.

• Proven experience leading a field service team.
• Relevant engineering or electrical qualification.
• Strong people-management and coaching skills.
• Experience managing operational performance with KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Support relationships with key customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Track KPIs and improve performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate out-of-hours coverage across the region.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safety.
• Identify development needs and succession planning.
• Address variations between planned and actual hours.
• Identify additional customer needs and service opportunities.
