Job summary

Aprolis UK Limited is recruiting a Field Service Manager to ensure high-quality interventions across its service perimeter. You will oversee itinerant teams, manage the equipment fleet and drive profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate planning with internal stakeholders, supervise field activities, and ensure strict adherence to safety and warranty policies. English proficiency at B1 is expected to support multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years' higher education in a technical field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred.
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• General knowledge of management and customer relations.
• English level: intermediate (B1).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the coordination, optimization and control of operations.
• Plan external interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Carry out customer visits to assess service quality and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policy and upgrades for equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer loyalty and after-sales activities in the sector.
• Contribute to profitability by managing perimeters and pricing conditions.
• Support and monitor teams, and manage working hours and absences.
